Self-centerdness to God Centerdness

“I believe the following quotation from Dr. Albert Einstein is closely related to the foregoing explanation of the relationship between the brain and consciousness, although Dr. Einstein argued throughout his scientific career that “God does not play dice with the Universe.” Nevertheless, in a letter to a man whose son had died from polio Dr. Enisten writes, “A human being is a part of the whole called by us ‘the universe,’ a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest—a kind of optical illusion of his consciousness. The striving to free one-self from this delusion is the one issue of true religion. Not to nourish the delusion but to try to overcome it is thew ay to reach the attainable measure of peace of mind.”

“Working the steps in sequence as a way of life, changes our brain circuits from
self-centeredness to God Centeredness with corresponding collapsing of possibility waves onto more pleasurable experiences.”
